Applicants must qualify for financial assistance as defined by the OSU Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-300122cbb382285b15b2c0007cbadde2 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Application deadline: Friday, April 24, 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION OF YOUR PACKET<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Accumulate the required documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete the application and email it with the required documents to <a href=\"mailto:admin@academyforlifelonglearning.org\">admin@academyforlifelonglearning.org<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Send the hard-copy signature page to: ALL, P.O. Box 923, Corvallis, OR 97339<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Additional Documents That Will Be Needed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> Include signed confidential letters of reference from two persons (e.g., your current academic advisor, a course instructor in your major, etc.) who can address how your academic studies and extracurricular activities relate to your professional goals. <strong>References should be sent directly to ALL, P.O. Box 923, Corvallis, OR 97339 by the individual recommending you.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Include an unofficial grade transcript of all your completed community college and university work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Include your \u201cCollege Financing Plan\u201d (FAFSA) supporting your need. To access that form, login to <a href=\"http:\/\/my.oregonstate.edu\">my.oregonstate.edu<\/a> &#8211;> finances &#8211;> financial aid &#8211;> College Financing Plan. If you have difficulty, the OSU Financial Aid office will help you (541-737-2241).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Questions To Be Answered On the Application Beyond General Identification<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>List school activities and community services in which you have participated during your undergraduate studies so far.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>List awards, honors, or special recognitions you have received so far.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Describe your future educational and professional goals. If your goals include promoting lifelong learning, please describe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please describe how the scholarship will aid your needs.
