The Academy for Lifelong Learning Board of Directors hopes you will join us as we celebrate the start of our 25th year. 

The Academy for Lifelong Learning was conceived during the Fall of 2001, and classes began Spring term, 2002. Time flies, and ALL will be celebrating our Twenty-Fifth Anniversary throughout the 2026-27 academic year. On the evening of September 22, from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm, our first celebratory event will be held at the Benton County Historical Society’s Corvallis Museum*. Hors d’oeuvres will be catered; no-host wine and beer bar available. There will be a brief presentation about the museum and its exhibits.

Over the past 25 years, ALL has evolved from its roots as a small group – comprising only retired OSU faculty and staff – to the current independent non-profit organization open to anyone interested in lifelong education. The world, the local area, and the needs and interests of ALL members have changed significantly in the past 25 years. Our September event will offer a nod to ALL’s history and a look ahead but primarily will be an opportunity to meet other ALL members in a relaxed, enjoyable and interesting atmosphere.

Anyone who wishes to may also learn more about how ALL functions as a volunteer-run organization, speak with current and past Board and Committee members about how to get more involved, and share their own ideas about ALL’s future.

The cost is only $15 per person.  Register by September 13th. We look forward to seeing you.
